Imagine “Carol of the Bells” and “Jingle Bells” actually performed on bells! Imagine if the performance was followed by lovely Carolers! Portland’s premier hand-bell choir, Bells of the Cascades , will play in an ensemble of five ringers followed by the amazing Dickenson Carolers. S ponsored by the North Plains Public Library , this free concert will bring the special sounds of the holiday season to the community of North Plains. Join your friends and neighbors for a delightful evening’s entertainment. All ages welcome.
