Red Cross Emergency Preparedness

Come to the North Plains Public Library for a free presentation by the American Red Cross. This presentation includes a discussion about disasters that can occur in our area. Learn the three essentials of being informed, making a plan and building a kit. This is suitable for ages 10 and up.

Story Time at the Library

Children ages 0-6 years are invited to participate every Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in the children’s section of the library.

  • October 19- Spinning tales and sharing yarns with special guest and storyteller, Meredith Bach.
  • October 26-Spooky stories for Halloween with Mr. Will.
  • November 2-Miss Marion hosts, What do you like to eat? A themed story time.
