Kofi Nelson-Owusu and Kim Allen with Washington County’s Building Engineering Division will explain the County’s Grading Ordinance and how that impacts local development. This will be an open discussion as we learn more about how our own land use processes and development approvals –as well as the community at-large –are impacted by the County grading process and the goals it is meant to achieve.
