The Annual Volunteer Appreciation and Spaghetti Dinner honors the many local volunteers who provide exceptional service to the community. The Volunteer Recognition Dinner will take place on the second Thursday of April at 6:30 p.m. at the Jessie Mays Community Hall.The many organizations which make North Plains a special place to live and work are also recognized.
